  1.                              Motion Sickness
  2. SYMPTOMS include cold sweating, pallor, nausea, vomiting and may include
  3. dizziness and headache.
  4. CAUSES are from the inner ear mechanisms being excessively stimulated by
  5. motion. The stimulation may be from fear, anxiety or a moving horizon.
  6. TREATMENT. Anti-motion sickness drugs may help.
  7. .If riding, try to ride where there is least motion. Amidship or over wings.
